X Factor winner Alexandra Burke unveiled a sleek new image while celebrating her 21st birthday in London last night.

The singer, who is to perform on this year's show, looked stylish and polished as she partied in the capital, with her new straightened, glossy hair looking particularly radiant.

She was not the only polished celeb to make an appearance at the party in trendy Shoreditch House, with Myleene Klass donning a blue jumpsuit and heels to paint the town red.

Fellow X Factor finalists JLS also turned up to celebrate her 21st.

The judges of the talent show all sent her presents, with Simon Cowell giving her with a Chanel handbag while her former mentor Cheryl Cole buying her a holiday in the Seychelles.

A source said: "Alex was in tears. Things just couldn't be better for her."

She has spent much of the past year in Los Angeles recording her debut album.
